Like you said, it seems to be no big deal to them.

		<description>Interesting. On your point about abstinence, there is more to educate our children about than just scaring them with potential diseases they might contract. I think we need to talk to them about the emotional side of sex at a young age, too. Especially for girls, we just develop an attachment - a bond - when the element of sex (whether it&#039;s intercourse or oral) is introduced into a relationship. 

I have had friends confide in me that they were having sex as young as age EIGHT. That is so dysfunctional. It breaks my heart for them. I think that having sex at a young age - or pre-marital - is just setting us up for heartache and heartbreak, beyond the physical dangers of STDs. Heartbreak is just another type of baggage that you carry into every relationship. And the more sexual relationships you have, the more baggage you&#039;re bringing. It&#039;s just the way it is.</description>
