		<description>I like to hear about what you eat =)

Man, I guess in the last two weeks or so i've been looking at my eating habits and they are pretty crappy. My strange meal "schedule" and poor food choices are not good for me. Don't laugh or be annoyed, but I would be much healthier and more fit if I was about 20lbs lighter. (or just had more muscle and less fat)

One thing that has been really bad for me is that I will skip breakfast, eat lunch, big dinner, and then eat another very large (sometimes bigger than dinner) meal at about 1am. I guess I didn't realize how bad that was for me. 

So right now i'm just working on eating breakfast regularly and not snacking or eating meals after 9pm. 

I'm glad you've shed some pounds, it sounds like you have been working hard at it. I don't know if i'm brave enough to try a detox thing like you're doing though...

Breakfast: 2 oranges
Snack: My body weight in pistachios
Lunch: a cucumber, sliced. 

I have a lot more veggies in the fridge at work, leftover from lunch, I just haven't gotten around to eating them yet.</description>
